  1. Log in to your CanPay Account
  2. Note your Payment PIN
  3. Enter your Payment PIN at checkout

Do I have to enter my bank account information every time I want to pay with CanPay?

Nope! You only enter your banking information once when you sign up. This information is securely stored by CanPay.

When you want to pre-pay for your online order you go to CanPayApp.com on your smartphone and enter your unique payment PIN at checkout.

What is a Payment PIN?

Your payment PIN is completely unique to you and good for 30 minutes once it is generated. You can think of it like a single use debit card that is tied to your bank account.

Instead of entering your debit card information (number, expiration date, CVV) at checkout, you simply enter this PIN and you're set!

Why should I use CanPay?

Paying with CanPay allows you to use your checking account and pay absolutely ZERO fees. No fees means more cannabis for your money.

In addition to being fee-free, there is no funny rounding of your total to the nearest $5 and you'll save time at pickup because we can simply hand your pre-paid order to you!

What if I want to use my Bud Club points?

If you want to use your Bud Club points you should either visit us in person or select the option 'I plan to pay at pickup with cash'

Once your order is submitted, we have no way to adjust the total that is charged to your bank account.

Is there a daily spending limit?

Yes. CanPay will allow you to pay up to $500 per day.
